At SVNT Tanks, we participate in shaping the world of tomorrow. We play a significant role in the ongoing supply of necessary components for daily life that are required to create, maintain, and enhance the environment around us. It’s what we do and why we go to work. For all of our stakeholders, including our employees, clients, shareholders, and the communities and nations in which we do business, we want to foster long-term growth and create value. Our emphasis on safety and our core values of integrity, respect, accountability, openness, and entrepreneurialism serve as the foundation for this. We are dedicated to putting the UNGC’s Ten Principles into practice.

HSSE Policy

For our operations to be successful, Health, Safety, Security, and the Environment (HSSE) must be managed successfully. Our core values include the prevention of accidents and incidents, and both our employees and contractors actively put this into practice. We think that mishaps and injuries can be prevented. Zero incidents is our target, but we also want to be conscious of our surroundings. We are committed to thriving in a deeply ingrained culture of operational excellence and safety. As a result, our company has strict standards and practices in place for managing HSSE. We make sure that every worker at our sites, including contractors, is aware of our expectations.

As we work to ensure that industry best practices are incorporated into our operations, we will work to comply with and, where possible, exceed the standards established by local laws and regulations. Business Ethics

We are dedicated to conducting business in a moral and open manner. By upholding our dedication to ethical business practices, we achieve our long-term goals and continue to be a business partner of choice. Our employees’ actions make us strong. We implemented a Code of Conduct to stay on course. It offers advice on how to recognize and effectively handle ethical and compliance conundrums in our day-to-day professional lives.

We practice inclusion and diversity because we believe in them. Discrimination or harassment are not tolerated. We want you to feel secure and valued when working for or with us. We have a whistleblower policy in place, which gives employees the option of reporting issues through our Compliance Officers or anonymously through a 24/7, multilingual website independently hosted by us.

Operational Excellence

In order to increase our operational excellence, we set ambitious goals. This means that we are committed to achieving our target goal of zero incidents while operating in an environmentally friendly manner and strive to excel in a deeply ingrained culture of safety and operational excellence. We also believe that accidents and injuries are preventable. It also entails preserving the environment, cutting back on waste, and lowering our carbon footprint. Together, we design a workplace where sustainability, social responsibility, the environment, and safety are constantly prioritized.

We invest heavily in growth in storage, shipping and handling for Agri & Minerals as well as the expansion of our liquid bulk portfolio, which includes processing activities. We also pursue sustainable growth through greenfield development, acquisitions of operational terminals, and expansion of our existing sites. With a particular focus on energy transition opportunities like hydrogen, chemical recycling, and refrigerated gasses, we have a strong focus on adjacent business opportunities. All of our stakeholders will benefit from our long-term growth and value creation efforts.
